Downstairs, The Bird Grill is where open-flame cooking takes centre stage and the food is as memorable as the company. This is cooking with conviction fire-led, seasonal, and built around bold flavours. The Tomahawk is the centrepiece, a cut that belongs on the grill and demands to be shared. Alongside it, our Brixham market whole grilled sole, landed fresh and cooked simply over the flame. Pull up a chair, order from the grill, and let the evening take its time. The bar is right there too, with crafted cocktails and a carefully chosen wine list that makes one more drink feel entirely reasonable.
