For in person and telephone bookings, Bath Box Office is open 10am – 5pm Monday to Friday.
All major credit and debit cards except AMEX accepted. All Box Office transactions are subject to a £1.50 processing fee per order.
E-tickets are encouraged and can be displayed on a mobile phone or printed. Alternatively, tickets can be posted for £2.
Access
We welcome all visitors with disabilities. Please advise our Box Office staff of your requirements when making a booking. For registered disabled patrons who need to bring an essential companion we offer one free ticket.
Young Person’s/Student discount
Persons aged 20 or under and those with a valid student card are entitled to 50% off the full ticket price. Proof of eligibility will be required.
Child/Young Adult’s discounts
We welcome all young classical music lovers and off er a number of discounts:
Under 16s free applies automatically when an Under 16 ticket is added with a Full Price ticket, maximum of two per Full Price ticket, please note there is limited availability. Young Adults aged 16-20 and all Students with a valid student card are entitled to 50% off the full ticket price, proof of eligibility will be required.
Group bookings
Please contact Bath Box Office for discounts and ticket availability.
Doors open 30 minutes before the start of each concert. Latecomers will only be admitted during a suitable pause.
Festival programmes are £8. Please order with your tickets. If ordering online a voucher will be emailed to you prior to the festival.
Concerts at St Mary’s Bathwick Please note St Mary’s Bathwick is a 12-minute walk from the city centre, and served by the U1, U2 and U3 buses. There is some on-street parking nearby (free after 7pm). The Holburne Museum car park will be open for concertgoers until 30 minutes aft er the end of evening performances only.
Important Tickets cannot be refunded. Tickets may be returned for sale at Bath Box Office if the event is sold out. Resale cannot be guaranteed and a £2 charge per ticket will be made if successful. Any money will be refunded after Bath Mozartfest.
