Samrat Majumder is a Scottish-Indian classical guitarist. Still at the start of his career, he is in danger of becoming a prolific prize and award winner! In May 2025 Samrat was announced as a new artist for the Young Classical Artists Trust (YCAT) following his performance at Wigmore Hall, London. Amongst many roles, Samrat is the Classical Guitar Ambassador for the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland and co-founder of the Classical Guitar Reach Foundation of India.
